Description
KHINKALI DUMPLINGS – 32 oz / 900 grams (8 pieces)
Khinkali are traditional Georgian dumplings known for their juicy, flavorful filling and distinctive twisted tops. These dumplings are made with a tender dough that encases a rich mixture of ground beef and pork, combined with aromatic spices, finely chopped onions, and a splash of broth to create a delicious, soupy interior. Each khinkali is carefully pleated by hand before being boiled to perfection. The proper way to enjoy them is by holding the top knot, taking a small bite, and sipping the savory broth inside before devouring the rest, leaving only the twisted stem behind. Served hot and sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper, beef and pork khinkali are a beloved comfort food, perfect for sharing with friends and family.
